From those modest roots, we’ve grown into the leading source of baked goods for the New York area, with more than 230 employees, a 180,000 square foot, state-of-the art facility, and an uncompromising mission >>
Yet we still serve every customer—from local NYC markets to the largest hotel and conference facilities in the metropolitan area—with the friendly, personalized service of that small pastry shop. It’s why many of our clients have stayed with us for more than 25 years.
